At first, when the Navajo guide stopped the Jeep at this huge arch in Mystery Valley and asked me if I could see the "horse's head," I had no idea what he was talking about. When I stood where he directed me, I still couldn't see "it," and I asked him what he had been smoking. Finally, he said, "Look through your camera's viewfinder." Then I saw it, plain as day. The bush in the foreground shaped just like a "horse's head." Mystery Valley is a short distance away from Monument Valley Navajo Park in northern Arizona.
