Horses for Heroes director Rick Iannucci is the real deal, a military veteran, a former marshal and now head of a non-profit organization that helps vets deal with combat stress during their reintegration into society. Rick and fellow director Nancy De Santis run a working cattle ranch outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico, helping veterans learn the values of the ranching lifestyle and skills. Rick and Nancy were gracious enough to allow me to photograph them at their ranch in March 2011.
