Dawn light on Mt. Jefferson, Oregon's second tallest peak, in the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness of Central Oregon. In December, the forest road that I take to this wilderness area near camp Sherman would normally be inaccessible to vehicles due to snow. But a mild winter made the dirt road still passable, and I took advantage of a full moon in December to go up there in the pre-dawn. (See my other images from this shoot),
